Spirit of Giving

It's that time of year, the time to finish all my charitable giving. I recently got some address labels from the American Heart Association and Heifer International so I am adding them to the tally. So, who would you like me to donate to? I think it was Edneza that got me to give to Heifer last year. This year, if you ask it, I will attempt it. It may not be a large amount but every amount helps.

Painful

I spent 30 minutes on the phone with my dad today, fairly unusual for me to talk with him that long, usually its about 10 minutes max. Today however, I was attempting to teach my dad to use e-mail. 10 minutes to get to Yahoo mail, 10 minutes to login and read a message and another 10 minutes to reply to an e-mail all on his 56k modem. And he wonders why no one wants to help him.
